**About your new job**
Your new role will be a critical role in the roll out and implementation of TechnologyOne across all areas of the organisation. You will be the Subject Matter Expert which will integrate business and stakeholder needs with the software functionality achieving optimal performance.

**_This role serves as the conduit which sits between the end users of the system and works with internal project teams and external vendors in coordinating and delivering the right solution satisfying business requirements._**

Some of the key responsibilities assigned to this role include:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in the interfacing and module configuration of TechnologyOne across the whole business
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the change management plan
- Provide advice and guidance in updating and implementing finance modules
- Contribute to the testing, communication and training of system rollout ensuring maximum stakeholder engagement
- Migrate data from obsolete systems and tools onto the main system
- Manage ongoing continuous improvement projects as the business grows identifying areas of opportunity to further enhance the functionality of the system

**About You**
- Must be an experienced Subject Matter Expert with TechnologyONE (preferably TechONE Cloud/ CIA) with exposure to modules such as financials, purchasing/billings and asset management
- Come with a customer focused mindset with strong communication and project management skills
- Interpersonally, you are a highly motivated individual who can think autonomously and challenge the status quo. You display a passion for your work and thrive when dealing with stakeholders from various areas of the business.
- Previous experience in an ERP Systems Accountant/Analyst/Finance Manager/Business Manager role
