Due to our current market growth, we are actively looking for a **Office Administrator **who is driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about their work. This position will be based at our Head Office in Wetherill Park.
About the Role:
Key duties:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining effective communication.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and efficient workflow.
- Providing regular updates to clients regarding project status, changes, and any necessary adjustments.
- Resolving client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of details, including client information and installation schedules.
Skill Set:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment is preferred for this role. This experience will demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks, work efficiently, and effectively manage workflow in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial for effectively liaising with clients, internal teams, and the installation team.
- Demonstrating exceptional time management and multitasking skills within a fast-paced office environment.
- Customer service orientation: A customer-centric approach is important in providing exceptional service, addressing client needs, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Attention to detail: Being detail-oriented helps in accurately managing customer information and ensure systems are up to date.
- Adaptability: Being adaptable to changing priorities, client needs, and project requirements is essential in managing a dynamic workload effectively.
