EMCO Building is a well-respected, long-established commercial Building Company that has been operating in Western Australia for over 35 years.

We are currently recruiting for Leading Hands to join our team. We are looking for demonstrated experience in leading a team and providing support where necessary.

**About the opportunity**
- Work for a WA owned company with an unmatched team culture
- Interesting projects across several sectors (eg aged care, Education, Commercial and multi storey residential)
- Would suit a self-motivated and organised individual
- Your responsibilities will include:_
- General labouring duties including physical activities and tasks as required in line with the individual’s certificates. (forklift etc)
- Day to Day management of the project site amenities, inclusive of site fencing
- Organisation and management of the project site waste management process
- Supervision of EMCO's hired labour to conduct tasks provided by the project Site Manager
- Supervision, scheduling and undertaking of project site deliveries
- Supervision of large site-specific traffic management installations and undertaking traffic management duties
- Be willing to work as part of the team in ensuring compliance with the projects integrated management plans. (Such as undertake project inductions)
- Aid supervision of safety, quality, and productivity on site

We have a stream of long-term work available on mid to large commercial Projects in the Perth area.

**Applicants should have**:

- Construction Industry Induction (White) Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Site Safety Awareness
- Basic computer skills or the willingness to learn
- 5 Years Construction Industry Experience

Would be considered favourable:

- Dogman or Rigging, Scaffold Appreciation
- Tower Crane License
- Forklift or Telehandler License
- Working at Heights
- Traffic Management Certificate
- Tilt Panel Safe Work Awareness

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
