Leading Hand - Machine Rebuilds

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand to join our Machine Rebuilds Workshop in a full-time, permanent role based near Perth Airport. If you're passionate about heavy equipment and ready to lead a high-performing team, this is your opportunity to work on CAT 793 overhauls and other mobile equipment repairs in a modern, well-equipped facility.

Roster & Pay

• Roster: 2&1 - 6 days, 7 nights, then enjoy a full 8 days off every cycle - perfect for rest, family time, or personal projects.

• Shifts: 10.5-hour days and nights

• Competitive Rates: Flat hourly rates with night shift allowance, public holiday allowance, annual loyalty bonus and leave loading

• Superannuation: Paid on all rostered hours

What We're Looking For

• Trade-qualified HD Mechanic or equivalent

• Proven experience leading teams in mobile equipment rebuilds

• Strong knowledge of CAT 793F/D/C trucks and other heavy earthmoving equipment

• Familiarity with CAT systems (SIS, VIMS, ET) and diagnostic tools

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
