**Spanian’s Kebabs** is looking for a detail-oriented and driven **Finance & Reporting Officer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business by providing timely and accurate reporting, maintaining accounting records, and supporting financial decision-making processes.

You will play a key role in driving our financial strategy and supporting our leadership team with relevant insights to **help grow and scale our fast-paced QSR brand**.

**Key Tasks**:

- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Use accounting tools like Xero, Excel, and internal dashboards
- Assessing risks and implementing procedures to prevent non-compliance

**About You**:

- 2+ years experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software (Xero preferred)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and reporting skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
