**Service Officer Finance**

**Location - Parramatta**

**Employment type - 3x Ongoing full-time roles**

**Salary -**$82,193.00 pa - $90,001.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**

As a Service Officer Finance, you will provide finance services in line with procedures and customer experience principles in all interactions to ensure the finance system is accurate and up to date and to meet Service Partnership Agreements (SPAs).

**What you’ll do**

As part of the Shared Services team, you will provide quality services, support and advice on finance services using knowledge base to create a positive customer experience. Follow agreed processes to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Interpret financial payments, legislation, policies and procedures. Complete manual calculations and adjustments to ensure the integrity of all finance transactions. Process customer service requests, electronic and manual processing, recording of journals, expenses and revenue.

Accordance with legislative, audit and department requirements. Escalate any complex matters or unresolved enquiries to Senior Finance Officer to ensure SPAs are met.

You will work in a large team environment focussing on working as working as a team, following agreed process with focus on accuracy, process a number of financial activities in high volume and ever-changing work environment using Shared Services ERP systems.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a high-volume AP/AR environment is desirable but not required
- Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
- Continuous improvement capability and drive
- A high level of attention to detail & ability to edit own work to a high standard
