We are _searching _for an_ engineer looking to enter the digital solution space_

The opportunity
- Join Aurecon’s newly formed Digital Engineering team, poised for exciting growth opportunities and central to our strategic focus. We're seeking a motivated Consultant (Information Management) to enhance our data delivery capabilities alongside a dedicated team.
- In this role, you'll work closely with diverse international clients, gaining deep insights into their challenges and co-creating innovative solutions. You'll drive value, align assets with strategy, and proactively address disruptive change, placing you at the cutting edge of data and analytics.

Some Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implementing an Engineering Data Warehouse (EDW)
eg; Datum360, AVEVA Engineering etc-
- Implement processes for tag allocation and management-
- Build and manage Tag-to-Document / Document-to-Document relationships-
- Create and manage templates for data transfer information between EDW and other deliverables/systems-
- Coordinating with all functions and disciplines on a data driven project to ensure all requirements are adhered to-
- Develop standards, workflows and procedures for data delivery, for either project handover requirements and or internal requirements-
- Provide training to all functions on managing and coordinating the transfer of data-
- Work closely with each function to define and coordinate the transfer of data-
- Work closely with software developers to ensure data is captured at the source; eg; OpenPlant P&ID, Plant 3D, CCMS etcAurecon’s Industrial team in Queensland, excels in delivering innovative solutions for the region's mining, manufacturing, and energy sectors. The team work across Ports, Marine & Costal, Process and Industrial capabilities and by combining local expertise with global best practices, we drive efficiency and sustainability through cutting-edge engineering, design, and consulting services. What are we looking for from you?
- This role would suit an engineer wanting to move their career into the digital space. You will have a solid background in engineering information management with the drive and curiosity to automate tasks, navigate ambiguity and flexibly problem solve.

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting, or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:
- Experience in managing, coordinating and working with an Engineering Data Warehouse including data loading and validation and quality control-
- Experience in coordinating between multiple disciplines on invalid information, requirements and driving to a solution-
- Proactive with regards to gathering client, project and internal requirements to ensure a successful deliveryWhat’s in it for me?
