Our client is a well-recognised company based in Botany/Banksmeadow that has a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader. This position is day shift Monday to Friday 0600 starts with a 7.5-hour day, and some days will be required to work overtime that will be paid. Role Description: - Processing and dispatching orders - Prepare and complete daily stock takes for inventory - Receiving inbound goods - Conduct daily toolbox meetings with team, covering OH&S. customer requests etc. - Oversee a team of 6 To Be successful in the role: - Customer Service experience - Warehouse supervisory experience - Experience and knowledge of fast-moving stock - Previous experience with WMS - Solid leadership capability with experience in supervising and coaching people through performance management - Experience in leading and motivating a small team to achieve targets - Experienced within fast paced environment - Warehouse and distribution industry experience - RF Gun experience an advantage It is essential that you have a "can do" hands on approach with strong organisational skills.
