We require a dynamic and professional Full time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel.

**As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will**:

- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
- Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
- Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants.

**Qualifications** To be a success in this position, you will have**:

- 12+ months supervisory experience gained in a similar role
- 3 years experience working within a restaurant or hotel environment
- A current RSA certificate
- Solid understanding of alcohol (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
