We are a small, dedicated team looking after reception, boardrooms and staff pantries. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to join our team in the role of **Food & Beverage Supervisor,** at our prestigious financial services firm based in **Melbourne's CBD **This is a Full time Monday - Friday position covering a true work life balance.
- As a **Food and Beverage supervisor**, you will look after boardrooms with all aspect of hospitality services. You will also work with the Operations Manager to guide and lead the overall team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff guidance, mentoring and morale.

**Key Duties**:

- Assisting the Operations Manager with day to day operations of all Food & Beverage services
- Maintain consistency with providing high quality service at all times
- Supervise staff working front of house and back of house in pantry services
- Lead and mentor the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints in the absence of the Operations Manager

- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Strong food and wine knowledge, as well as knowledge of silver service
- Well-groomed and present professional with experience in a corporate environment **OR** fine dining setting
