**Restaurant Supervisor at Hyatt Centric Melbourne**:
Based on site in the Melbourne CBD, the Restaurant Supervisor is a vital role within the Food and Beverage Team. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting with the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel’s restaurant, through the supervision of your team members and ensuring all guests’ needs are met efficiently and seamlessly by creating memorable experiences.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Supervision and support of the Food and Beverage employees, ensuring exceptional and efficient service is delivered.
- Help the Food and Beverage management team with the delegation of tasks and implementation of Hyatt brand standards through day to day operations
- Provide training and on boarding support for new associates within the department
- Set, clear and reset designated working areas
- Ensure Hygiene Management procedures will be executed during operations
- Assist with creating and communicating rosters

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes:

- Previous supervisory / managerial experience in a similar role or fast-paced environment
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time
- The confidence to promote ideas and make sound decisions under pressure
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
