Based in Deer Park and specialising in E Commerce and BBQ related products, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Manager to undertake a VARIED role
This hands-on position will involve:
- Overseeing Admin & Customer Service operations
- Monitoring stock lead times and handling escalated calls and queries
- Allocating and overseeing complex orders, service, expediting etc
- Monitoring workflow for quotations & orders
- Ensuring on time delivery for invoices & payments from suppliers
- Liaising with 3rd party contractors and various internal depts
To be successful you will have;
- Strong Admin/ Office &/ or Customer Service Management experience
- Intermediate Excel experience (highly desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & design efficient processes
- Strong attention to detail, organised and an analytical approach
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $54,083.94 - $112,810.02 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
