Casual Bookkeeper

**CASUAL BOOKKEEPER**

We are looking for a Part Time or Casual Bookkeeper, to join our team.

This role requires attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills. We are looking for someone who is looking for diversity in the role and the opportunity to make it your own. You will play a very important role in maintaining, coordinating and reconciling business financial aspects. You will be required to work independently but also collaborate with the Director, the GM and Business Accountant.

**Duties included but are not limited to**:

- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation and management of all aspects of Payroll and Superannuation
- Accounts Payables Management - reconciliations, payments & liaise with vendors and suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable Management - reconciliations, receipting payments and liaising with customers.
- End of month journals
- Provide accurate Financial Reports

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- XERO experience or a program similar
- Budget Management/reconciliation
- A minimum of 3 years Bookkeeping and Payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and requirements
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, courteous and obliging. Representing the business in a confident and positive manner at all times.
- Have a vigilant attitude to accuracy, being prepared to double check if necessary
- A professional manner and presentation. Commitment to ethical behaviour and undertake all duties in a diligent manner with honesty and integrity.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- Xero: 3 years (preferred)
