**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our Heritage team in Melbourne
This role will work closely with an experienced Director and provide high-quality support through the delivery of top-notch invoicing, administrative and secretarial support.
Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but attention to detail, personal organisation, and time management are crucial for success in this role

**You will**:

- Provide proactive and superior administrative support to Heritage Director and the wider team.
- Coordinate travel, diary management, client meetings and events.
- Organise travel arrangements as required which may include flight and hotel bookings, car hire arrangements, and other transportation arrangements.
- Provide technical support on all Microsoft Office Suite programs and expense management system (Concur).
- Provide financial and technical support on the Urbis Practice Management system (BST), including setting-up projects, processing timesheets, budgets, monthly invoicing and WIP management.
- Help format reports, prepare tenders and presentations.
- Database maintenance/data entry, document and record filing systems.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Skype for Business).
- Previous experience working with Project/ Business Management Systems, including invoicing, preferred but not required.
