Based in either their CBD office or Inner west office (with plenty of flexibility on offer), you will be joining a HR team of seasoned professionals & assist the Talent Acquisition lead in driving the recruitment space & building a talent pool for current and future vacancies. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and to find new & innovative ways to attract talent in this market.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Conducting reference & background checks (automated process).
- Maintaining effective communication and correspondence with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Bringing a fresh strategic lens to the business.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Prior experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition position.
- A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Recruiting with the Operations sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
