About Us
We are a contemporary design practice with over 35 years of experience in architecture, urban design, master planning, and interior architecture.
Our studio is known for its friendly and socially engaged work environment. We encourage open discussion through our weekly design pin ups and bi-monthly Studio Session series focused around design and culture.
We provide regular 1-1's, goal setting, feedback, and annual alignment reviews to support your growth and development. Continuing professional development opportunities are available through internal and external programs to help you achieve your full potential.
We have a flexible working policy that balances the studio's work-life needs and staff wellbeing. An Employee Assistance Program and Paid Parental Leave policy are also in place to support our team members.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude. You will be part of an open-plan collaborative environment, so good communication skills are essential.
