**Job Description**:
The Front-of-House Supervisor will be instrumental in assisting the FOH Manager with the day-to-day operations of our bakery. Your commitment to leadership, service, and quality will help ensure our guests consistently enjoy exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing front-of-house operations, guiding servers and baristas.
- Participate in the training and ongoing development of our team, upholding high service standards.
- Uphold our culture of superior customer service, aiming to surpass guest expectations.
- Support coordination between FOH and BOH staff for efficient service.
- Address customer questions, feedback, and concerns with effective solutions.
- Help maintain the dining area’s cleanliness and visual appeal.
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a pleasant and safe dining experience.
- Work with the management team on strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive sales.
- Perform administrative duties, including staff scheduling and reporting, as required.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is desirable.
- Leadership prowess with a talent for nurturing and guiding a diverse team.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- A track record of successfully handling customer service situations.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Resilience in a fast-paced setting and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability for varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
