Part of the L'épi Bakery Group, Crust Bakery in Fyshwick is a beloved local bakery known for its artisanal bread and pastries. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Manager to oversee our front of house operations. As the Location Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery, leading a team of skilled professionals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The bakery is open from Thursday to Sunday, we offer managers a four day work week to help their work life balance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all bakery products meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Work closely with the team to maintain consistent product quality.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the bakery through local events, social media, and in-store promotions to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in management or hospitality is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- **Location**: Must reside in Canberra or surrounding areas.
- **Working Rights**: Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Weekday availability is preferred, with flexibility for weekends.
