We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join us at our Perth CBD Head Office in a Full-Time capacity

**About the role**
- You will support our key management personnel in approving a portfolio of strategically aligned projects and programs that deliver the highest possible value to our business.
- Maintain a governance and delivery framework including the establishment and documentation of scopes that achieve approved benefits in line with approved/justified funding.
- Plan future project/program activity through consultation with key management personnel and project sponsors.
- Monitor and report on project/program performance against approved scope, schedule, budget and benefits using governance events and artefacts.
- Assist the business in identifying and managing project risks and issues that may arise during the project/program lifecycle; and
- Maintain a standardised method for assessing project priority and relevant records for all projects and governance committee meetings.

**About you**
- You’ll ideally hold a certification in relevant project management disciplines (PRINCE2, AGILE, PMP).
- Previous experience within a similar role ideally with a solid background in IT project and program management.
- Be results driven and be able to prioritise projects based on directives from our Key Management Personnel
- Have the confidence and ability to deliver updates as required to our Key Management Personnel
- Be familiar with relevant project, program and portfolio governance concepts and methodologies.
