australia perth contract negotiableAs a highly experienced Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing an exciting project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your strategic thinking, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills will be critical in fostering a culture of excellence and driving successful project outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program of work to achieve well-defined business objectives.
- Lead the delivery of programs and projects within the defined scope, budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
- Implement key program and project management disciplines, including governance and stakeholder management.
- Establish relationships with key Management and Leadership groups, to provide oversight and direction.
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers to ensure successful program and project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with other Delivery teams to leverage skills and resources.
- Demonstrate visible customer support and build strong working relationships.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Extensive experience as a Program Manager.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing multiple large projects.
- Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities with a focus on relationship management.
- Track record of leading multi-discipline, high-performance work teams.
- Strong conflict resolution and team management skills.
**Desirable**:
- Experience working within the mining sector.
- Experience working on Mobility Projects.
**Please note that ad hoc travel is required in this role.**
