This iconic West Australian Utilities company is seeking a Program Manager to join their organisation in an exciting time of digital transformation. This is fixed-term role for a minimum of 12 months with possible extension, based in Perth, Western Australia.
Your new role
In this role you will be accountable for providing technical thought leadership in driving the successful planning, organising, design of solutions and delivery of assigned programs and all interdependent projects against targeted outcomes that include but not restricted to, overall governance, the achievement of set out milestones and timeframes, required resourcing, financial performance including cost, budgets and benefits, and stakeholder expirations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Deep range of knowledge and expertise gained through comprehensive experience i.e. 10+ years in senior programme/project management roles;
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement project management frameworks in a team environment with a broad range of staff;
- High level co-ordination, organisation and staff management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities whilst working in a busy and demanding environment to achieve deadlines;
- High-level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders, and have proven skill in negotiating and mediating conflict.
