This role requires a significant understanding of business continuity planning methodologies and support of critical business operations. The Resilience coordinator will assist in maintaining and improving the business continuity program to improve Sunwater’s resilience and reputation. The Resilience Coordinator will support preparation for and response to actual major incidents.

As a Resilience Coordinator at Sunwater, you will:

- Ensuring the Business Continuity program components (Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, plans, strategies, etc.) are current, effective, and address Sunwater’s business requirements.
- Promote a culture supportive of organisational resilience and compliance, including change and disruption readiness, through well-developed communication proficiencies
- Coordinate business recovery exercises and support Crisis Management initiatives
- Administer and manage content of Business Continuity Sharepoint Site

We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in Operational emergency management and/ or business resilience. You will hold a Diploma level qualification in security, disaster and emergency management qualification(s) and industry certification(s) or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge or experience in business continuity planning
- Security risk management processes
- Awareness of the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act (Cwlth) (SOCI Act) and disaster and emergency management frameworks in Queensland Awareness of business resilience standards
- High level written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to prepare written reports, memos, presentations, and other communications in a clear and logical manner
- Ability to think innovatively, problem solve and adapt as necessary to resolve issues and ensure the achievement of project objectives and the management of project risks and opportunities
