Award-winning specialist boutique Sydney CBD Personal Injury Law Firm has a Paralegal role available. The position would suit either a Career Paralegal or a University Student who is 1-3 years away from graduating and has existing Personal Injury Paralegal experience in Workers Compensation

The firm is led by a young progressive principal and there is a supportive team of Solicitors and existing Paralegals in the practice.

**Key aspects of the position**:

- Worker Injury Claim forms
- Letters of Instructions to Independent Doctors
- Applications for review
- Permanent impairment claims
- Application to resolve disputes (ARD)
- Client statements

**Requirements**:

- Must have 1 year of existing Paralegal experience in Personal Injury law / Workers' Compensation.
- Have had exposure to Applications for review, Worker Injury Claim forms, Letters of Instructions to Doctors, Client statements, ARD's.
- Available to work 4-5 days per week.
