**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a CX Strategy Specialist to join the Member Experience & Insights team.
As the Customer Experience Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for making positive shifts to customer and business results by designing services and solving problems with a human lens. By actively partnering with key business stakeholders (business units and significant programs of work) you will help to shape strategic direction and the resulting scaled change via a customer lens. You will utilise human centred design methodologies to deeply understand the customers and the organisation’s needs, and design and support the delivery of enhanced experiences.
These roles are available as a **permanent** opportunity.
We are flexible with location provide you can attend our **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne** office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Experience in Service Design, Customer Experience Design, Customer Research or Strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead meetings and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, elicit outcomes and bring a diverse range of stakeholders on the journey.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to targeted audiences.
- Strong business acumen - understanding of broader business challenges and how to drive change through complex project and business environments.
