**About the role**
As Group General Manager you will be overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants, steering the direction of the exceptional teams within each venue and responsible for all financials, team retention, training and culture.

You will have excellent communication and personal presentation, you will drive success in each venue, be dedicated to fostering a positive team environment with ongoing training and development.

You will be energetic, passionate and knowledgable, work to 5 star service standards, with a strong leadership presence and a exceptional people-management skills.

**What you need**
- Must have a love and passion for the Hospitality industry
- **Hatted experience**:

- Pre-Opening Experience highly desired
- **Multi-Site/Group General Manager Experience**:

- **Exceptional Performance and People Management Skills**:

- Proven Record of Managing Large Teams
- Understanding of Compliance and Legislation
- Must be an Engaging and Effective Communicator
- Excellent Personal Presentation
- **Top Level Understanding of Venue Financials**
