Sustainability Lead

**The Opportunity**:
The purpose of this role is to support Ashurst to operate sustainably. Reporting into the Head of Operations Innovations, this new role will coordinate a wide range of activities that support our carbon reduction ambitions.

**About You**:
- Experience or interest in establishing and driving Corporate Sustainability initiatives across a large-scale organisation
- Flair for drafting effective and compelling documents and presentations
- Previous experience working in a global environment and across multiple time-zones
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced organisational and influencing skills, flexibility of style, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressured, detail-oriented environment
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment with excellent troubleshooting, decision-making skills
- Understanding of the structure and environment of a law firm
