Our client, a Leading Logistics client has an urgent need for a Depot Supervisor in Goulburn.

**Your new role**
- Supervise the daily operation of the Depot and associated fleet and employees to ensure an incident free, reliable, cost efficient and profitable operation that supports the sale satisfying customer delivery expectations.
- What types of decisions are made by this position on a regular basis
- Drive a strong customer service focus within the depot teams, maximising customer satisfaction from order to fulfilment, within agreed cost to serve.
- Minimise overall costs and increase the operating efficiency of the depots and maximise sales and profit from bulk fuel and lubricant sales from the depot/s.
- Develop a high performing team
- Managing on site relationships with contractors
- Contribute to development of the Depot budget and monitoring of expenditure to that budge

Additional Responsibilities

1. Driver and Depot Staff Rosters

2. Fleet and Depot Maintenance

3. Decisions on Unsafe Deliveries

4. Stock levels as per set stock levels

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience
- Operations and logistics management experience
- Influenced stakeholders to create buy-in and acceptance to new process, systems and initiatives
- Involved in meeting industry regulatory, safety and compliance standards
- HSSE experience in high risk activities.
