We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our growing production team.

**About you**
- You may have worked with machines in production in the past or consider yourself quite a technical person and love beings hands on in your work.
- It’s okay if you haven’t worked in a mattress factory before. As long as you are willing to learn, your positive attitude will take you far.
- You may have worked in a factory role before or are currently in a factory role. However, now are currently looking for somewhere with consistent hours where you can develop and grow your career in the long term.

**About the role**

Working closely with your tight knit team and production supervisor from 7:00am - 3:20pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am - 12:00pm on Friday you will add significant value by:

- Working with the team to become familiar with the amazing automated sewing machine.
- Autonomously using the automated machine to sew thick quilt material.
- Inspecting the quality of different aspects of the material throughout production.
- Working with your team to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace.
- Following the daily production schedule.
