**Roles Available: 1 x Afternoon shift & 3 x Nightshift**

Opal Functional Coatings manufactures a wide range of industry leading, innovative coated and laminated products for use in the corrugated, solid fibre cartons and flexible packaging industries.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Operate machinery / processes in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean and well organised workplace
- Communicate with other team members and team leaders
- Perform quality checks and
- Operate machines / processes efficiently to achieve production targets

- Experience operating machinery (Note: this is not a process worker position)
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferable
- Mechanical aptitude / Be mechanically minded
- Solid computer skills
- Have a good eye for detail
- Good communication skills / Able to follow instructions
- Have a genuine commitment to safety
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Focused on hitting targets
- We require all staff to have full working rights within Australia and undergo a VEVO check. _
