We are a business with a heart. CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is the leading provider of integrated support, therapy and advice for people living with a disability in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and their families.

We are looking for a new addition to our small Recruitment team here at CPL to take on an entry-level, high volume recruitment role. You will be CPL's go-to recruiter for our Direct Support Worker roles in Northern NSW, Gold Coast, Townsville, Rockhampton and Cairns

**Your role will include**:

- Planning and posting job advertisements
- Conducting phone interviews based on the recruitment needs of your regions
- Liaising with various managers to discuss recruitment volume and requests and partaking in monthly meetings to discuss process improvements
- Assist with the planning and coordination of group assessment centres, interviews and employee on-boarding
- Booking new starters into various mandatory training's and providing employment information including training invitations, and on-boarding packs
- Drafting and approving contracts

**Selection Criteria**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Proven ability to provide high quality customer service
- Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to various locations (Gold Coast) for Assessment Centre sessions
- A Bachelor in Business/HR or another related area is highly desirable
- Ability to obtain a valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
- Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated (2 doses)
