**About the role**
Due to company-wide growth, our client is looking for a motivated Recruitment Officer to join their close-knit Human Resources team to support all elements of the hiring process. This position will work roles across the business, with a focus on blue collar appointments. In this role you will feel supported and encouraged to learn and grow while you facilitate the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for:

- End-to-end recruitment, including conducting pre-employment checks.
- Understanding and effectively implementing recruitment processes and systems.
- Support recruitment project work and contribute to monthly reporting requirements.

**About you**
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage a diverse range of internal clients.
- Strong recruitment management system practices.
