**We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing P**rogrammatic** team based in Sydney and are currently looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist to join the team.**

This role will manage and optimise ad serving technologies and continuously improve tracking methodologies. Collaborating closely with the Performance Marketing and Data & Analytics teams, the role focuses on developing innovative ways to visualise, track, and enhance transparency across digital marketing initiatives.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Innovid and DoubleVerify.
- Oversee pixel integrations, both client-side and server-to-server (S2S), ensuring seamless data flow.
- Implement and maintain updates and enhancements to ad tech solutions.
- Manage the creation and deployment of ad tags across the performance marketing team.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for the wider business.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in daily operations.
- Take ownership of Innovid ad server processes and ensure ongoing maintenance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to test or improve AdOps and ad tech systems.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Minimum five years' experience in Ad Operations or AdTech environments.
- Proficient with anti-fraud and brand safety tools such as IAS or DoubleVerify.
- Hands-on experience using DSPs, strong understanding of SSPs, and familiarity with MMPs.
- Skilled in GTM floodlights and Tealium IQ setup and integration is desirable.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing channels and ability to regularly provide insights that reflect best practices.
- Competent in analysing digital marketing data and interpreting results to guide decision-making
