The company has been in the habit of excellence in asset Management with a steady hand at the tiller. And they are looking for a Service Operations Analyst to provide support to the SIAM team with volumes, backlog, and reporting insights.

A 6-month contract role.

**Must-haves**
- Bachelor’s degree, or similar, technical learning skills accumulated from the workplace
- ITIL, SIAM, Agile or similar framework certification (preferred)
- Experience in a Service Management capacity managing and governing outsourced IT service providers
- Experience with ServiceNow, reporting and dashboards
- Ability to understand business needs and processes
- Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
