We are now looking for an experienced **HR Coordinator** to join our team in **Miami**. **This full-time role has the added benefit of a **monthly accrued day off (ADO), flexible working arrangements and salary packaging (to increase your take home pay) options.**
This is a **true generalist role,** with a large focus on recruitment, you will also be providing support and advice across the full range of HR functions to support the achievement of the strategies in ETC's Workforce Development Plan. You will develop strong working relationships and provide HR guidance to employees and managers regarding all people related matters whilst driving our wonderful culture that we have at ETC.
**Who are we looking for?**
A consultative and experienced HR professional who has the ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and build strong relationships across the business. With a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, you have a high-level of technical knowledge and the ability to take the initiative and assist managers and employees with identification and resolution of issues. You have a sound understanding of IR and WHS legislation and are confident providing advice across all employee related matters. ETC has a strong focus on continual improvement, so you need to be confident identifying new solutions that could further enhance ETC's service offering while managing all other aspects and administrative requirements of the role. Ideally you have Tertiary Qualifications in HR, or equivalent working experience in an aligned industry.
We have a small HR team that are located in offices across our footprint, so to succeed in this role you need to be highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with the HR team while forming positive and professional relationships with other teams. You will need a current drivers licence as travel will be required across ETC office sites.
