**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a passionate Coordinator for our Global Mobility team, to contribute to the effective administration and promotion of Griffith University’s outbound global student mobility programs.

This role supervises a high-performing Global Mobility team and contributes significantly to the development of programs and initiatives to lift student participation across a range of global mobility programs.

**What we can offer**
This is a continuing, full-time position and can be primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 7 range $93,854 - $101,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $109,809 - $118,965 per annum.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent ability to prioritise tasks and duties, possess a high level of confidence in communication, and have strong interpersonal attributes, with a genuine commitment to building and supporting Griffiths Mobility programs. You will also have, but not limited to:

- A relevant tertiary qualification(s) or equivalent combination of experience, skills and training.
- Proven ability to think strategically to identify and manage outbound student global programs to lift student participation.
- High level of communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills, and experience in supervising staff.
