**About the role**

This is a pivotal role in our technology pillar to identify, represent and integrate the best interests of IT in partnership with the business, in delivering Strategic and Corporate Plans in-line with the IT Roadmap.

**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure that Delta’s systems provide the functionality and performance that is critical to Delta achieving successful commercial outcomes.
- Identify and develop opportunities for enhanced and new cost effective and robust solutions.
- Lead or facilitate key technology projects through the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Delta’s business units to provide support and advice in an honest, transparent and innovative manner.

**Qualities you will need to succeed in this role**
- Experience as an IT Business Partner or System Administrator.
- Expertise in service support with the ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues under pressure.
- Extensive collaboration with IT teams, business units, and vendors.
- Expertise in managing technology product lifecycles for effective business alignment.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and decisions.
