The VistaPrint Organic Growth team specialises in the development and distribution of world-class content to champion creativity and attract new customers. Utilising SEO-optimised content across our blog and other page types, content-led campaigns and partnership strategies, our goal is to become a trusted resource for small businesses, establishing VistaPrint as the go-to design and marketing partner for these customers. We're a global team with connections stretching from Australia to and Europe, and we're looking for a marketing gun who can hit the ground running to support our Partnership and Outreach strategy while a team member is on parental leave.

**What You Will Do**:
As the Marketing Manager - Partnerships and Organic Outreach, your strengths lie in making connections Reporting to the Campaigns Strategy Lead, you’ll find ways to grow our traffic and SEO rankings through internal and external partnerships, improving the discoverability of our content.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with the Content Team and Campaigns Lead to plan and implement quarterly content programs and campaigns. These initiatives should focus on improving SEO and creating valuable content that attracts small businesses and reinforces Vista's reputation as a design and marketing authority.
- Build relationships with authoritative content partners including websites and contributors to boost backlinking volume and quality, improving SEO ranking.
- Research link-building opportunities and develop a monthly outreach strategy and target goals to obtain backlinks from high-ranking, authoritative websites.
- Identify and target top referral sources for key terms and content galaxies.
- Monitor and report on these regularly, utilising data insights to optimise your approaches.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience in Marketing including SEO/Digital.
- Proven experience establishing and fostering partnerships to drive brand growth.
- A strong understanding of SEO and SEO content growth strategies.
- A genuine standout colleague who can unite diverse teams and inspire colleagues throughout the organization.
- You're comfortable wearing many hats both strategic and executional and ensure data and results are at the heart of your decision making.
- A genuine enthusiasm for quality content and connections.
- Excellent management of collaborators at all levels and functions including senior and specialist leads, product teams, customer service, research, data, product design, and engineering.
