The Advanced Data Capabilities Crew supports building Capabilities around advanced analytics/AI use cases in Cloud. This includes designing/building E2E Tech solution, which is robust, reusable and self-service in nature for numerous use cases. We have multiple squads within the Crew delivering various outcomes using latest technologies /tools for the customers.
**In this role**
As an Associate Technical Data Analyst, you will collaborate with our internal stakeholders gathering requirements to design, build, deploy, and test data pipelines across a variety of use cases.
Other duties will include:
Utilise data analysis techniques, coupled with domain knowledge and stakeholder management to identify and document processes and technology to deliver high quality, reliable solution
Assist in the elicitation of requirements from key stakeholders using a variety of methods, including facilitation of workshops, to capture business requirements and translating into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, data, rules, and architecture
Provide support and participate in both functional and non-functional testing
Understand various integration components that sit with multiple Tech stacks and able to get overall understanding of workflow/process
**We’re interested in hearing from people who**:
- Show confidence in navigating group data products and data assets, by integrating large sets of data derived from hundreds of internal and external sources
- Have some basic exposure/awareness in data design, flows, data layers and data semantics
- Have some exposure in analysing data profiles, data lineage and data patterns in data risk mitigation strategies
- Support in gathering requirements and providing input into solution design and data modelling decisions during data ingestion, enrichment, and egression processes
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement of tools, processes and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in Analytics.
- Use a variety of data analysis techniques to analyse data from multiple sources against business requirements.
- Exposure to stakeholder management skills and analytical problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
**Tech Skills**
- Aware or has exposure to AWS cloud-based data warehousing (preferred)
- Proficient SQL skills
- Coding skills in Python
