**Job Description**:
Role Summary

As part of the Master Trust team, the role of Data Analyst works directly with Senior Manager, Digital Solutions & Data Analytics to support the data analytics process, our GoalTracker program and other deliverables across the business. The work is varied and provides exposure to many different elements of our Master Trust. Strong analytical skills and efficient time management are key skills required for this role.

Duties will include all aspects of data associated with our Master Trusts and reporting. This role will work with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to successfully deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and report on data as required, which may include:

- Data and trend analysis, data mining & data profiling
- Peers comparison analysis on various metrics (within APRA universe or selected peers)
- Assist with analysis and monitoring of the Mobile App and Master Trust member specific website information.
- Analysis of switching and investment activity (including GoalTracker activity) and unit pricing.
- Analysis of fee and premium deductions, and other adjustments to member accounts.
- Deliver regular business metrics including:

- Monitoring and reporting of membership and net cash flow movements
- Analysis and monitoring of retention/ conversion and other key metrics (e.g. rollover in, rollover out, advice intake, etc)
- Identification of key headline from statistics monitoring and/ or what is working well in respect of marketing strategies based on analysis.
- Deliver insights from data analysis and reporting.
- Perform segmentation and statistical analysis of data to assist with delivery of campaigns
- Provide insight-driven campaign data and monitoring of campaign results.
- Identify and implement requirements to automate data extraction and analysis (where applicable).
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on any ideas and initiatives that involves data segmentation and data mining (such as campaign or product changes initiatives).
- Assist the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions and Director, Business Strategy & Operations with oversight and delivery of work.

Skills/Attributes Required
- Graduate or 2-3 years Analyst experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications including degree in actuarial studies, commerce, finance or economics, with excellent grades;
- Good knowledge and experience in data structures, data mining, data transformation and data visualization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Excel, Access and data programming (e.g. which may include experience with R, SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI).
- Strong ability to multi-task and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong technical skills in superannuation, platforms or master trusts.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with associates to discover solutions for complex problems.
