**What you’ll do**:
As the 1House **Associate Creative Director**, you’ll work on some of Australia’s most iconic brands like Carlton Draught, VB, Great Northern, Vodka Cruiser, Asahi, Solo and many more.

You’ll get to work on many exciting briefs and lead creative solutions spanning campaigns, digital and social, activations and more. While leading a team of copywriters and art directors day-to-day, you’ll continually inspire our brands and the team by creating memorable ideas that shape the future of brand marketing and communications.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Deliver creative solutions that solve business and consumer challenges
- Direct, review and approve creative concepts
- Collaborate directly with brands to develop creative platforms
- Unpack and understand the needs and objectives of brands and ensure all creative solutions ladder into a strategic narrative
- Work closely with the Senior Manager - Creative and Production as well as the Executive Producer
- Work with the production and studio team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Work with project managers to develop concepts on budget and to timelines.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by designers
- Work across the broader business to show how great creative ideas can live across digital, social, ATL and brand activations
- Lead the creative vision for brands and creative excellence for Asahi Beverages

**About You**:
You’re an experienced creative with a history of working off strategic insights to solve genuine problems through creative brilliance. You’re a highly creative problem solver and are happy to work between brand teams and creatives to execute work of exceptional quality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and can communicate effectively between multiple groups.
You think of yourself as a non-traditional creative talent who’s as much an innovator as a creative. You love taking risks and trying new things. You have a strong passion for ideas and have cut your teeth in digital content creation, you’re organised and present with passion.
