Clemenger BBDO Australia is looking for a highly conceptual, passionate and talented retail/fashion focused Creative Director to drive, lead and inspire our creative team on the Myer account.
Working closely with the CCO, ECD's and broader creative teams, you will play a key leadership role on the Myer account, providing conceptual thinking and creative problem solving to a range of integrated projects and directing the creative output for the Myer brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- As Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading all work going through the department, ensuring that campaigns are of the highest possible quality and always are flawlessly executed.
- You will have an excellent understanding of what makes for standout strategic and creative work and progress the agency agenda in this field.
- Develop and deliver creative ideas across all communications channels including print based collateral, ATL advertising, digital media and social content.
- You will thrive on working in a fast pace, deadline driven environment and will always strive to deliver high standard, market leading work.
- You will be required to develop deep and enduring relationships with your clients, team, and external stakeholders.
- Develop a deep knowledge of your clients' business, including an understanding of their marketing challenges, business objectives and the role of creative in achieving those.

**Skills and experience**:

- You will have a passion for developing and creating market leading work to the highest standard.
- An excellent knowledge of the retail/fashion industry, in particular around marketing and communication strategies and their execution.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire those around you
- The ability to talk persuasively and compelling about strategic and creative work
- An ability to make decisions and implement
- Champion the agency point of view and product
- Ability to see the bigger picture
