- 90k Base + 18k Car Allowance + Fuel/Toll + Uncapped Commission + Super

**THE ROLE**
- As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for getting our client’s products specified into the architects and designers and following the sales process through the T1-T2 Commercial Builders.
- This will be a Adelaide Metro focused role and would require you to utilize your network within the design space to identify commercial projects. You will also need to be comfortable walking onsite to make sure that the commercial builders are being supported - technically and operationally.
- The product range would consist of front of wall (i.e., taps, showers, basins etc ) and back of wall bathroom products (i.e., valves, fittings, thermostats).
- You will be working closely with the Regional Sales manager who will provide you full product training, and on going support.

**THE CANDIDATE**
- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: Experience selling a design focused product to architects and designers.
- Design based product experience - Front of wall plumbing products, flooring, facades, tiling, stone and other related products.
- In terms of soft skills - we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, down to earth, stable track record and articulate.
