An exciting opportunity exists at Drug Health Services for a Registered Nurse to step into a permanent full time Team Leader role supporting our Adolescent Community Residential Withdrawal Unit (ACRWU).

The ACRWU provides a short-term residential program to individuals with substance use issues. The primary focus of the service is on drug withdrawal and stabilisation. The program includes medical and pharmacological treatment, along with psychosocial support, health education and recreational activities all within a safe environment.

The Team Leader will provide effective ongoing operational and clinical management of this team, and will support the delivery of high quality, innovative and evidence-based interventions in line with Western Health’s Values and Best Care framework.

**About the Position**
- Operational and clinical management of a multi-disciplinary team

- Ensure achievement of program vision and strategic goals
- Ensure effective working relationships with key stakeholders

**About You**

As an Experienced Clinician in this Role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience working with adolescents and working within a family centred approach
- Passion for providing safe and modern care to adolescent clients with substance use disorders
- Ability to lead with vision, courage, integrity, humility and focus
- Demonstrably high levels of organisation, collaboration, adaptability and communication
