**Position Title: Fast Food Manager**

**Employer: Chargrill Charlie’s Lane Cove**

**Location: Lane Cove, NSW**

**Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)**

**Employment Type: Full-time, permanent**

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Hire, train, and supervise team members to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Plan and manage staff rosters and shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Track daily sales, set budgets, and control operating costs with a focus on food waste

reduction.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
- Monitor the preparation and presentation of food to maintain consistency and quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies that

drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer retention.

Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant management

role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate IV or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
