We have a history spanning more than 30 years in developing and delivering automotive brands to the Australian and New Zealand market, covering luxury vehicles, performance pick up trucks and economical commercial vehicles.

**An exciting opportunity exists to join our Sydney based team as Parts Specialist within our Group Aftersales Team. **This role involves communicating with dealers and factory representatives, spare parts enquiries and orders are processed accurately and on time each day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists dealers with customer service matters relating to spare parts.
- Assists with stock management including advising on stock levels and product lines.
- Review stock levels regularly and suggest items to air freight, sea freight to ensure no nil stock position.
- Assist in rectification of specific parts problems by liaising with factory Technical Support on particular issues.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of industry specific training, including trade qualification automotive parts interpretation or mechanics highly regarded.
- Intermediate level experience in all microsoft office products especially microsoft excel.
- Experience using AS400/IDS/MDS systems will be a definite advantage.
- Experience in automotive parts interpreting. Experience must be up to date and may be in dealership only.

Opportunities within distributors at this level do not arise very often.

You will be working alongside a very experienced team who lead the way in introducing and managing brands within Australia and New Zealand across the market spectrum.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
