We’re seeking an **Iteration Manager** to join our team at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey.

This role plays a critical part in **DISCO** - a Strategic transformation program reimagining how our supply chain and logistic operations work together, to deliver on our low-price promise. DISCO is business agility at its best: digitising our critical retail pathways by transforming not just the tools we use, but the processes, the roles, and most importantly the mindsets that make Kmart a leader in retail innovation.

You’ll work at the heart of this evolution, helping enable the next generation of inventory management across both Kmart and Target.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Driving iteration excellence by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to keep the team aligned, productive, and focused on delivering outcomes that matter.
- Leading agile ways of working by acting as a servant leader and coach promoting continuous improvement, helping the team evolve, and ensuring delivery rhythms match the pace and scale of our business.
- Connecting the dots across the business by translating real-world supply chain and store challenges into clear, valuable user stories. Work closely with product owners, engineers, and operations to ensure digital solutions are grounded in operational reality.
- Proactively identifying impediments, inefficiencies, and gaps by removing obstacles, aligning dependencies, and enabling the team to stay focused on outcomes.
- Helping the team stay anchored to what really matters and championing a customer-led culture, enabling better tools, stronger processes, and more agile responses that help deliver everyday low prices to customers.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Significant demonstrable experience working in structured Agile teams as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master and/or Technical Business Analyst, embodying Agile Scrum values of focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
- The ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Extensive experience and a deep understanding of the Atlassian suite, primarily Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a given problem to all levels across the business.
- Significant experience working in a large organisation, preferably retail.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
