Do you have a strong background in Office 365, identity management, and cloud computing? Are you an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers? If so, we want you to join our workplace technology team as an engineering manager.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As an engineering manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for Microsoft products and services, such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Azure, and more. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define the vision, roadmap, and goals for your team. You will also manage the performance, career development, and well-being of your direct reports, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and support they need to succeed.

**To be successful in the role you’ll have the following**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and platforms
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, identity management, and cloud computing, with the ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in working with agile methodologies and trimester planning, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
