**Description**:
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Northern Operations Manager and working closely with the onsite Trade Market Nursery Manager, this leadership role is responsible for achieving business sales targets from the delivery of fast and accurate quotes, coordination of stock orders and timely dispatch of greenlife and sundry products.
This is a truly hands-on role which will include receiving and creating quotes, ordering stock, processing invoices as well as the management of budgets and business operations, stock supply, employee performance and safety standards.
The position is full time with Monday to Friday daytime hours.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential attributes
**You will have**:

- Knowledge of Botanical plant ID and experience in horticulture is preferred.
- Proven track record in customer service driven sales.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a small team to deliver results and follow standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with a commercial and business growth mindset.
- Collaborative communication style with strong written/verbal skills.
