**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Operations team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Assistant's role is responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, preparation, and shipping of all customer orders. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate material handling and stock rotation functions.

The role will require you to work in our standalone warehouse at Willawong in Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manually pick and pack orders and stack them onto pallets
- Ensure proper staging and identification once an order has been completely picked
- Use various pieces of equipment (manual pallet jack, counterbalance forklift, reach truck etc) to move pallets
- Verify quantities, quality of items and proper labelling of products that are being shipped
- Examine all packaging and contents of items for quality
- Coordinate with other departments such as Customer Service, Production and Compliance
- Load transport with packed boxes and pallets
- Identify items with a quantity discrepancy and promptly communicate with Supervisor and/or Lead
- Comply with all OH&S policies and procedures
- Other duties as required

**Key Skills**
- High Risk Licence (LF Forklift) is a must. Reach truck experience desirable
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic computer and iPad skills
- Current Driver License
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift/carry 25kg
- Physically fit with no pre existing injuries that would impede your role

**Salary**: $43,500.00 - $51,500.00 per year
