Join Our Client an **Internationally Operating Packaging **company as **Customer Service/Internal Sales Representative** (Permanent Part Time Role).

**Responsibilities**
- Working within the Customer Service Team to ensure efficient and effective processing of RFQ to Order release stages.
- Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- Working with internal stakeholders to provide support to external sales team.
- Answer customer queries in regard to pricing, turnaround and technical information
- Maintain CRM system.
- Contribute to Sales target results through coordinated outbound sales processes utilising company ERP and CRM systems.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Good working knowledge in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suites
- Sales and Quality Systems - familiar with Quality Assurance, CRM software/ procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Good networking skills, including ability to network and build rapport.
- Attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Willawong, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
